Il rientro dalla vacanze oltre nostalgia porta con se i primi sintomi dell’influenza. Sono molti gli italiani che stanno già facendo i conti con starnuti, occhi rossi e lacrimosi e tosse.
La colpa di questi primi raffreddori è data dagli sbalzi di temperatura, infatti non è corretto parlare di influenza ma di virus parainfluenzale.
Particolare attenzione ai neonati che sono vulnerabili alle basse temperature: meglio evitare il marsupio e preferire la carrozzina o il passeggino; mettere sempre il cappellino perché il 30% della perdita di calore avviene attraverso il capo.
Infine è bene chiedere consiglio al pediatra per avviare una terapia che rafforzi il sistema immunitario in vista della stagione fredda.
